TEST AND TRIAL FACILITIES

To enable us to constantly monitor the
performance of our equipment and ensure
that our clients get the results they need we
have introduced two important facilities.

ACCOUSTIC TEST TANK

This acoustically baffled test tank enables us
to test systems and transducers in house.
Calibrated hydrophones and receivers together
with FFT analysis allow fast and accurate
measurements to be made. The facility is also
offered to clients for testing their own equipment.

TRIALS VESSEL

The 10 metre aluminium work boat
"Sonar Explorer" is fitted out as a complete test
lab enabling field proving of systems.
Features include:

"A" frame for tow trials

In hull transducer pods

Hydraulic lifting arm

AC and DC power supplies

Full set of test instruments

Including FFT analyser
